Exchanges can be made, but no returns.
If your bead is too big, but you still want to wear it, I recommend using a small bead bellow as a stopper. But if the bead is too small, please don't force it up the loc as that's not healthy for your hair and may break the bead.
This is hand made art, so please allow for some small amount of human error. I spend time perfecting and finishing each piece, but there will be some small evidence that they weren’t made in a factory. I view this as a good thing.
If you would like an exchange please contact me. You will have to ship the undamaged piece back at your own cost, and if the replacement is of higher value I will have to take a payment of the difference.
